Terms & Conditions

The basic rules for using our website and hiring us for work.

Effective date: October 30, 2026

About These Terms

These terms apply when you use nfprullc.com or hire North Florida Property Repair & Upgrades LLC (“NFPRU,” “we,” or “us”) for repair, upgrade, maintenance, power washing, or water treatment work.

Your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement is part of these terms. If your written estimate, invoice, or service agreement says something different from these terms, the written document for your job controls.

Our Services

We provide home repair, upgrade, maintenance, power washing, and water treatment services. We do not provide roofing or landscaping services. Landscape lighting is available.

Service Area

We mainly serve homeowners in Duval, Clay, and St. Johns counties and nearby North Florida communities. We may decline work outside our service area.

Estimates

  • Prices and calculators on our website give estimates only. Your final price is confirmed after we review the job in person.
  • Every estimate is good for 30 days from the date on the estimate. After 30 days, the estimate is marked expired.
  • An estimate covers only the work it lists. Hidden problems found once work starts, such as rot, water damage, mold, or wiring or plumbing that is not up to code, are not included.
  • When you accept an estimate by signing it, checking the acceptance box online, or telling us in writing to go ahead, you agree to the estimate and to these terms.

Scheduling and Access

  • We schedule work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, unless we agree on another time.
  • Please give us safe access to the work area, plus water and electricity when the job needs them, and keep pets and children away from the work area.
  • Weather, material delays, and other things outside our control can change the schedule. If that happens, we will let you know and set a new time as soon as we can.
  • If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot safely reach the work area, we may need to reschedule.
  • After hours emergency service may be available. Emergency service calls may be subject to a $250 emergency service fee in addition to repair and service charges.

Your Responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your property and the problem.
  • Tell us about known hazards, buried lines, past repairs, or anything else that could affect the work.
  • Make sure you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work, including any HOA approval that is needed.
  • Move vehicles, valuables, and fragile items away from the work area. For power washing, close windows and doors and tell us about delicate surfaces, plants, or outdoor items.

Change Orders

If you ask for extra work, or we find something that needs extra work, we will explain it and the added cost before we do it. We will not perform chargeable extra work until you approve it. Approval by text or email counts.

Payment

  • Payment terms for each job are shown on your estimate or invoice. Unless they say otherwise, payment is due when the work is complete.
  • Water care services and service plans are paid before service is performed unless another written arrangement is approved.
  • If a deposit is required, the amount is shown on your estimate.
  • Our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains payments, service plan billing, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Financing for qualified customers is offered through Hearth and its lending partners, not by NFPRU.

Warranty

Any workmanship warranty for your job is stated on your estimate or invoice. If no warranty is stated there, we do not give a separate written warranty beyond what the law requires.

Products and equipment carry the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and manufacturer warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. Water care service plans are for routine service and do not act as a full equipment warranty unless a separate written warranty applies.

No warranty covers damage from misuse, accidents, weather, freezing, lack of maintenance, or changes or repairs made by someone else.

Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our work, including hidden damage, older materials, code problems, or wear in parts of the home we did not work on.

Cleaning can make existing problems easier to see, such as loose or failing paint, worn caulk, cracks, or oxidation. We are not responsible for that existing damage.

We do not perform roof work and are not responsible for roof leaks or roof conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost use, lost income, or inconvenience. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Using Our Website

Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not send false information, spam, or harmful code through our forms or chat. The text, photos, and logos on this website belong to NFPRU and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

The Ask NFPRU chat assistant gives general answers and can make mistakes. Please confirm prices and details with us.

Questions, Complaints, and Florida Law

If you have a question, complaint, or disagreement about our work, a charge, or these terms, please bring it straight to us. Call or text 904-505-1019 or email support@nfprullc.com, and we will work it out with you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you accept an estimate or sign up for service applies to that job.
