• Water treatment questionnaire: your name, email, phone number, service address, water source, details about your home and your water, and whether you are interested in financing.
• Water evaluation booking: the details you enter in the booking calendar on our customer portal at portal.nfprullc.com, such as your name, contact information, address, and appointment time.
• Water care service plan sign up: your name, email, phone number, service address, water source, system details, notes, the plan you choose, your typed and drawn signature, and your agreement checkbox.
• Estimate acceptance: when you check the box to accept an estimate, we record that you accepted it, the estimate details, and the date and time.
• Email list: when you send one of our forms, your name, email, and related details are saved in MailingBoss, the email list service we use, so we can follow up on your request.
• Chat assistant: the questions you type into the Ask NFPRU chat window are sent to our server so it can answer you. Please do not type sensitive information into the chat.
• Calls, texts, and emails: your phone number or email address and anything you tell us.
• Payments: PayPal processes our online payments and service plan subscriptions. PayPal tells us your name, email, the amount, and whether the payment went through. We do not receive your full card or bank account number.

• We do not use advertising pixels or analytics tracking tools on this website. Features provided by other companies, such as the PayPal payment buttons, the booking calendar, and embedded YouTube videos, may use their own cookies under their own policies.
